The Tre Ver – New Condo Launch by UOL Group
The Tre Ver condo is a new launch in Potong Pasir estate. It is located just beside St Andrew’s Secondary school and Junior College. This new launch condo will be built in place of the former privatised HUDC plot of land – Raintree Gardens. This redevelopment is underway this year after a successful collective sales by UOL in 2016.
The plot size of 201,405 sq ft is set to transform from a 175 residential units development to a condominium of 729 waterfront residential units. The land cost is calculated to be approximately $797 psf per plot ratio.
