According to the developers, the most popular unit types were the two- and three-bedroom units, which accounted for about 80% of the sales . The buyers were mainly Singaporeans and permanent residents who were attracted by the location, design and quality of the project.
Tembusu Grand is the third project in the partnership between CDL and MCL Land. Earlier projects include Piccadilly Grand in the Farrer Park enclave, which is now 90 per cent sold, and the fully-sold Copen Grand executive condominium in the upcoming Tengah Town.
